What is the sales market like in Thrapston, NN14? Surprisingly good! And the lettings market? Well, that's an interesting one.

Property Sales in Thrapston
In the last 12 months, there have been a number of sales in the area. Interestingly, it's almost exclusively houses which have seen a steady price per square foot increase over the last 10 years.
However, don't let the price of the flats detour you; the few flats that there are in the area each stand out from one another.
No two flats are the same, meaning finding the right one could still yield a profit. It's a case-by-case basis.
In terms of type of houses sold, there's a strong variety in the market. And Semi-detached homes are especially profitable, with a strong increase in average price per square foot over the last ten years.
Rental Market in Thrapston
As you'd expect from the sales statistics, there aren't many flats available in this area. So it stands to reason that the majority of properties let in this area are houses, which achieve an average rent of £1,155.
Flats can also go for a surprisingly high amount though, likely due to their excellent location. But the amount of flats available are few and far between. Considering the high costs of other houses in the area, a lower cost, more comfortable property certainly fills in a gap in the market for those looking to live by themselves or with a partner only.
