Hello, it's Jason from Northwood Northampton, and today we've been filming the area, NN4 5, Ploughmans Way.
The area is interesting because it's at a prime location for sales and lettings;
It has extremely well-located travel links - the M1 is only a few moments away,
Having recently been built, the properties all look modern and attractive,
And the top-selling home in Ploughman's Way itself, which was number 16, sold for 520k 7 Years ago. Due to market inflation, this would surely be worth an awful lot more today!
There have been 54 sales in the NN4 5 Area in the last year, indicating a very high demand. So now would be the time to strike.
The Average price for this area is 411K for houses - 5% higher than the Northampton average. It's 167k for flats, a whopping 20% higher!
Interestingly, 71% of the residents here rare homeowners, which I think is particularly high!
As far as rentals are concerned, £1,250 is the average house value, and £940 is the average flat value.
